Terms of Service – Bowls Master

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bowls Master application (“the Service”), operated by Bowls Master (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

3.1 Account Creation
Access to the Service requires authentication via supported identity providers, including:

Google OAuth
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during authentication.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Any activity that occurs under your account
We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Abuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service
Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and intellectual property associated with Bowls Master, including but not limited to logos, text, designs, and code, are owned by or licensed to Bowls Master.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
6. User Content (If Applicable)

You retain ownership of your content
You grant Bowls Master a limited right to use the content solely to operate and provide the Service
